HOW TO GET STARTED IN 3 EASY STEPS

Step 1 Choose an option Level 1, 2 or 3 and Click the Add To Cart button

Step 2 Purchase additional calling minutes/credits if required

Step 3 Complete the short onboarding form

Terms:

After you have chosen an option and completed your payment you will be redirected to a short form to enter your specific requirements for the package you have ordered. Please allow up to 5 working days for your Agent Setup (complexed integrations may take longer)

Each service can only be used for Inbound Or Outbound Calls but not both at the same time. If you require both Inbound Or Outbound Calls you will have to pay for a second package.

Service include Monthly Standing Charge (plus included minutes) and

Additional call minutes charged at £0.25p  per minute + VAT

Call Minutes are pre-paid in advance example:

100 min = £25.00

250 min = £ 62.50

500 min = £125.00

1000 min = £250.00

Kindly be advised that upon the acquisition of your calling minutes, you will have a one-month window to utilize them effectively. It is important to note that the minutes will be reset after a period of 30 days following the purchase of the plan.

Furthermore, please be aware that all call services will be temporarily paused once your calling minutes are depleted. To ensure uninterrupted operations for your call agents, we recommend maintaining a sufficient balance of calling minutes by topping up at least 4 to 5 business days in advance. This proactive approach will facilitate seamless communication and continuous service delivery.

Contract Terms: 30 Day Rolling Contract (30 days’ termination notice required)

Setup Fees: No set up fee for the above service

Third party integrations:

We can connect seamlessly to the Calendly Calendar, no set up charge.

Other Third-party platforms:

Our systems can connect to numerous platforms via Zapier,

for simple integrations there will be no set up fee,

However, for intermediate to complex integrations we will charge a setup fee on a case by case basis and will required more time for complete set up.
